Free Shipping Doesn't Exist

Free delivery is not a feasible option, as evidenced by the experiences of hardworking truck drivers under immense time pressure and overworked parcel delivery personnel who strive to deliver your webshop orders to your doorstep free of charge within one day. Due to the significant discounts imposed by large companies, it is challenging for delivery drivers to receive fair compensation. Hence, offering free shipping is not an option for us.

Sustainability and Environmental Awareness

Additionally, at Radical Design, we strive to sell as sustainably as possible. This is reflected not only in our product range but also in our service. We always reach out to customers who have ordered multiple sizes, colors, or mismatched items to ensure that the right choice has been made. This significantly reduces the likelihood of returns, which is better for the environment and helps keep shipping costs as low as possible. If you're unsure about the size or which bag or accessory you need, feel free to email or call us. Additionally, we have a workshop where you can view a product and receive personalized advice without the need for shipping (by appointment only). We want our customers to make informed decisions when making a purchase. By not offering free returns, we encourage customers to choose consciously and prevent unnecessary returns of products.

These costs can ultimately lead to higher prices for the products or other concessions, which may affect customer satisfaction. However, we strive to maintain affordable prices so that you can enjoy our quality products without extra costs. Your satisfaction is of great importance to us! For optimal service and customer satisfaction, we charge a shipping fee of €10 for shipments within the Netherlands; outside the Netherlands, it's €15. This allows us to process orders carefully and ship them sustainably.

Small Shipments

While some items may seem small, we cannot send them in a regular envelope or at a lower shipping rate. This is because 95% of our shipped products are too large to fit through a mailbox. To ensure that your order arrives safely and on time, we have chosen to provide all our packages with a shipping label via reputable carriers such as DPD (for EU+UK, NO, CH) and POSTNL (worldwide). Unfortunately, shipping via regular postal services with a stamp is not an available option. We understand the importance of a reliable shipping method and strive to deliver your order as efficiently as possible.
