After purchase, your data will be transferred to our internal accounting software, so that they remain available to us but cannot be traced via the website.

All the above-mentioned safeguards regarding the protection of your personal data also apply to the parts of the services of MultiSafepay and PayPal for which they engage third parties.

MultiSafepay and PayPal adhere to the obligations as described in the GDPR and the requirements from PCI DSS (international security standard within credit card companies). Cookies and Google Analytics

Through our website, cookies are placed from the American company Google as part of the "Analytics" service. We use this service to get reports on how visitors use the website.

We do this for various reasons:

  1. It is very useful for us to know from which countries our website is visited, for instance to know which languages we should offer.
  2. Thanks to Google Analytics, we can filter and analyze possible attacks and/or so-called fake visits. Based on this, we can exclude certain domains and thus guarantee proper functioning of the website for regular visitors.
  3. We use Google Analytics to improve our website. We like to know which pages are visited and which aren’t. This also makes it easier to rank information and products such as accessories more accurately on popularity and relevance.

We also use Analytics in conjunction with Google Ads (yes, we modestly advertise in Google). We do not use the Analytics data for personalized advertising, but only for making advertising choices. If a new page on the website has hardly been visited after 6 months, we can more easily decide to promote it with an advertisement.

The accounting data is shared with our bookkeeper, but also with the party that provides technical support for this software. Both are obliged to observe secrecy and will treat your information confidentially. We have signed processor agreements with these parties to guarantee your privacy.
