When you visit our website, place an order or contact us, you share personal information with Radical Design Manufacturing BV. We care a lot about privacy and, like most people, we don’t like to be chased for days by advertisements from a recently visited site. We have therefore taken strict measures and endeavor to state in full transparency in this statement how we handle your data.
This privacy statement applies to any form of contact where you share information with Radical Design Manufacturing BV. This includes all means of communication such as website, email and telephone, but also direct purchases in our workshop. With the publication of this statement, the validity of all previous versions expires.
In this statement you can read what information about you is collected by us, what this information is used for and with whom and under what conditions this information can possibly be shared with third parties. We also explain to you how we store your data, how we protect your data against misuse and what rights you have regarding the personal data you provide us.
Our web shop was developed with software from Craft and built, hosted and maintained by web design agency Creative Work. Personal data that become available to us during your visit or purchase are accessible to Creative Work. Creative Work have access to your data to provide us (technical) support and they will never use your data for any other purpose.
Together with Creative Work we have looked at ways to protect your data in the best way. One of the most important security measures is that all customer and order data on our website will be completely erased as soon as they are no longer required for a proper settlement of the order. Therefore, you cannot create an account on our website and/or view your purchase history. You will receive all purchase information immediately after the purchase on the email address you provided. We have made this choice consciously in order to guarantee maximum online security and to be at the forefront of privacy.
After purchase, your data will be transferred to our internal accounting software, so that they remain available to us but cannot be traced via the website.
We use the MultiSafepay and PayPal platforms to handle the online payments in our online store. These are among the largest payment service providers active in the Netherlands.
MultiSafepay and PayPal process your name, address and residence details and your payment details such as your bank account or credit card number. MultiSafepay and PayPal are subject to strict security measures to protect your personal data. MultiSafepay and PayPal reserve the right to use your data to further improve the service and to share (anonymized) data with third parties. All the above-mentioned safeguards regarding the protection of your personal data also apply to the parts of the services of MultiSafepay and PayPal for which they engage third parties.
MultiSafepay and PayPal adhere to the obligations as described in the GDPR and the requirements from PCI DSS (international security standard within credit card companies). MultiSafepay and PayPal do not store your data for longer than allowed by the legal deadlines and support you in the consultation, rectification, deletion, transfer and possible discontinuation of the processing of personal data by the applicant.

Through our website, cookies are placed from the American company Google as part of the "Analytics" service. We use this service to get reports on how visitors use the website.
We do this for various reasons:
We also use Analytics in conjunction with Google Ads (yes, we modestly advertise in Google). We do not use the Analytics data for personalized advertising, but only for making advertising choices. If a new page on the website has hardly been visited after 6 months, we can more easily decide to promote it with an advertisement.
If you do not want to allow cookies, then most browsers give the possibility to disable cookies. View the help menu in your browser for more information. However, if you do not accept cookies, it may affect the experience with the website and you may not be able to purchase products on our website.
We use ERP software for our accounts. In this we process your orders, including your name, address and place details and purchased products. This data is stored to meet our accounting obligations.
The ERP software is linked to the website. Price and product information is sent to the web shop, and web orders including your data is sent to the ERP software. This data stream is protected and only accessible for these two systems.
The accounting data is shared with our bookkeeper, but also with the party that provides technical support for this software. Both are obliged to observe secrecy and will treat your information confidentially. We have signed processor agreements with these parties to guarantee your privacy.
When you place an order on our website, we process your personal and address details, payment and order data. But even if you send an e-mail or contact us by phone, we process your data, questions, and / or notes that we make. We only use your data for the benefit of our services. For all these communication forms, we do not use your data for targeted marketing. You will not be pursued by us with advertisements and e-mails!
If you share information with us, we may still use it in a few exceptional cases to contact you later. Two simple examples:
If you wish to access the data we have about you, or if you want us to change or delete the data, please contact Peter Blansjaar, our data protection officer via firstname.lastname@example.org.
