All website orders and payments are handled by ourselves. This means that in case of any trouble with your ordering- or payment process please contact us by mail or phone so we can instantly help you and in case of a wrong order refund your payment.

MultiSafePay is our preferred Payment Service Provider for online payments. They are one of the leading payment processors in the Netherlands. Our relationship with MultiSafePay is outstanding and they respond swift and responsive to any question we or our clients have towards an online payment. Once you have placed the order on our website you are taken to the secure payment site of MultiSafePay for the actual transaction. All transactions are monitored and scanned for faults and fraudulent activity by MultiSafePay and ourselves.
In some cases a transaction is not processed and the payment is declined. Reasons vary but are mostly due to the absence of a 3d secure code on your credit card. Mostly the best solution is to contact your credit card company or login to your online credit card account to check whether you have a 3d security code and are allowed to make online foreign purchases.
You can select PayPal during the ordering process but you can also pay directly to our PayPal account, firstname.lastname@example.org. We do not charge you extra for paying with PayPal!

We ship stock products within 2 working days. Depending on the delivery country your order is being sent with one of below shipping services:
Domestic (The Netherlands) >> DHL / PostNL >> €10,-
Within the EC (except France) >> DHL >> €15,-
France >> DHL delivered by Chronopost >> €15,-
All other countries* >> PostNL International Parcel >> €15,-
*For customers outside the European Community: your local customs department may charge you taxes/duties. These are not included in our shipping cost! Check with your local customs department about the level of these costs, to avoid unpleasant surprises.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can simply return it to us within 14 days of delivery. Returns are handled in a few simple steps:
Step 1: Send us an email or call us describing the reason of return and your proposed action. Maybe you would like another colour, product, refund or credit on your next order.
Step 2: Securely package the product, adding your name and a copy or short summary of our communication in the box.
Step 3: Send it to us, preferably with an insured shipping service. The shipping costs are on you so many choose the most affordable service. In case of an error or product fault on our side we also refund your shipping cost but only if you have chosen the most affordable service in your country (mostly regular postal service).
Step 4: After having received and checked the product, we will normally refund the initial total payment within 3 working days. You will be reimbursed by MultiSafePay, PayPal or bank transfer.
