What happens after you order something at our webshop?

After you place your order and pay successfully, we will receive your order in our system. You will directly receive an email with the order confirmation. Please check this email and especially the address: is it correct? If you realise something is not correct, please let us know immediately! The best thing you can do is reply to the order confirmation email you have received shortly after your order. Or send us a message by WhatsApp. For more information, please check our contact page.

If you choose bank payment, you will also receive the order confirmation, which will give you the information which you need for your bank payment. We will ship your order after we have received the bank payment. Please keep in mind that this could take some workdays.

From Monday till Friday, the first thing we do in the morning is check the orders of the past 24 hours. Then we print the invoice and the shipping label. You will then receive also a track and trace code by email.

Then we will pack your order and mostly it will leave our workshop the same day as it will be picked up by our service provider. For orders outside EU, we have to go to the post office ourselves. This happens in most cases every other day.

At the moment, we are working on optimization of our webshop, especially for our outside-EU customers. For the moment we apply the following guidelines.

- shipping costs are 15 euro worldwide (10 euros for the Netherlands).
- when you live in UK, Norway or Switzerland read here how we apply shipping costs.
- because of increased shipping costs we can't ship orders below 20 euro (ex shipping costs) outside EU.
- for outside EU countries (except UK, Norway and Switzerland) we don't refund VAT. Read our terms & conditions about this!
